About Him
Fr. Brian Davies, O.P., is Distinguished Professor of Philosophy at Fordham University and author or editor of numerous works in the Philosophy of Religion and the thought of Saint Thomas Aquinas. In 2011, he published Thomas Aquinas on God and Evil (Oxford University Press) and in 2012 co-edited with Eleonore Stump, The Oxford Handbook of Aquinas.
About His Talk
This lecture will explain how Aquinas thinks about God and Evil while not supposing that God is a morally good agent, as many people do when discussing the topic of God and Evil.
