Executive Team

As the “first team” of SMC, the Executive Team participates in strategic decision-making for the College. The Executive Team shares a strategic vision and aligns the community to advance that vision and the College mission. Team members employ their diverse areas of expertise in service to enterprise-wide strategic goals and work together to ensure the vitality of the institution.

President's Cabinet

The President’s Cabinet is composed of the members of the Executive Team, other College leaders who have campus-wide responsibilities and work collaboratively across the institution (appointed by members of the Executive Team to ensure broad representation), and elected Academic Leadership Council faculty leaders. The Cabinet advises the Executive Team, shares emerging issues and concerns, plans the implementation of complex campus initiatives, and offers diverse strategic perspectives on the questions facing the College.
