Next Steps: Registration Form

A Few More Questions

You've completed step one to complete your event web page on the Saint Mary's website so you're halfway towards promoting your event. The next step is to identify if you require participant registration and if so, what kind? See the following registration types below and select the option that best fits your scenario.

Free Event with Basic Registration

If your event is free AND you do not need to issue tickets or seating assigments, you need a basic registration form. The Strategic Marketing Team has a general template already established so all you'll need to do is tell us what you want customized, who you want to receive the registration information, and how you would like to confirm registration with those who sign up. Once made, your registration link will be added to your event page and published on the website. Simply click the button below to get started!

Basic Registration Request

Tickets, Assigned Seating, or Payment Required

If you require participants to show a ticket, have assigned seating, and/or pay for attendance, you'll need to have a more robust registration form developed. Our team at Campus and Community Events will work with you to solve all these needs and develop a list of attendees. Once made, your registration link will be added to your event page and published on the website. Simply click the button below to get started!

What if I don't need a registration form?

If you simply are holding an event and don't care who shows up and don't want to follow up with any of your participants prior to the event — well, you're done! You need not move on and we will simply publish your event without a registration form. Keep in mind, this means you'll miss out on the opportunity to email interested parties and won't be building an email list for future marketing efforts as well.
