The Colleen O'Sullivan Law requires all schools, physical fitness facilities, airports and public buildings to have an AED on site, trained users in CPR/AED and an emergency procedures plan filed with the state.  It is the most comprehensive law in the State of Illinois and the

first of its kind in the nation.
