About the Department of Music:

The Department of Music offers courses to all students and, to its majors, the BA in Music and the BM in Music Education. A music minor is also available. Saint Mary’s College is an accredited institutional member of the National Association of Schools of Music.

About the Women's Choir:

The Saint Mary's College Belles Voix, a select 40-voice ensemble, regularly commissions and performs new works for treble voices. An outgrowth of this emphasis is the publication of the Saint Mary's College Choral Series, a collection of new works for treble voices, published by earthsongs of Corvallis, Oregon. The choir has performed throughout the United States and has appeared before state and division conventions of the Music Educators National Conference and the American Choral Directors Association.
