Visitation Honors Life of Ziqi Zhang '15 (The Observer) Read More Visitation Honors Life of Ziqi Zhang '15 (The Observer) Students, faculty, staff and friends wore green ribbons pinned to their clothing as they celebrated the life of Ziqi Zhang '15 during a visitation service at a local funeral home Wednesday. Green was Zhang's favorite color. The sophomore, who passed away from injuries sustained in a car-bicycle accident October 18 on Route 933 outside the entrance of Saint Mary’s, was an international student from China. She was studying philosophy and mathematics at Saint Mary’s and taking engineering classes at the University of Notre Dame.
