Among those interviewed is Terri L. Russ, assistant professor of communication studies, who teaches a course at the College called Female Beauty. She talks about how tattoos are a form of communication. Also interviewed is psychology major Ashley Goorhouse '12 who wrote her senior comprehensive on tattoos and women. The foundation granted the women’s college $600,000 through the NSF PRISM Women Scholars Program to provide scholarships for up to 20 Saint Mary’s students, beginning in the 2013-14 academic year.
