Announcing CWIL Fellows
The Center for Women's Intercultural Leadership (CWIL) educates and empowers women to be leaders in their local and global communities. Earlier this year, the office announced the CWIL Faculty Research Fellows program to promote faculty research on gender, women, and girls. The initial cohort of fellows for 2021-2022 was recently announced.

Saint Mary’s to Host Fifth Annual State Department Women’s Leaders...
June 17, 2016 (Notre Dame, Ind.)—Saint Mary’s College is proud to announce it will hold its fifth annual Global Women Leaders Institute, a U.S. Department of State Study of the U.S. Institute (SUSI). The College’s Center for Women’s Intercultural Leadership (CWIL) facilitates the SUSI, which this summer welcomes 20 undergraduate women from Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, and Tunisia and includes eight Saint Mary’s students who will earn course credits. There are also four student program coordinators who assist CWIL staff.

Saint Mary’s Hosts State Department International Women’s Institut...
Saint Mary’s College is proud to announce that it will hold its fourth Global Women Leaders Institute, a U.S. Department of State Study of the U.S. Institute (SUSI). This summer’s SUSI welcomes 20 undergraduate women from Egypt, Tunisia, Iraq, and Jordan, plus six Saint Mary’s students. The Study of the U.S. Institute is part of a broader State Department initiative to promote a better understanding of the U.S. abroad and help develop future world leaders. The program allows undergraduate women from around the world to improve their leadership skills while learning about the United States.
