Communication studies professor on tone of State of the Union

Communication studies professor Michael Kramer
, whose expertise is political communication, was interviewed about
about the tone of President Obama's address and even the body language of those in attendance. Kramer noted that the address was not as emotional as the president's recent speech in Tuscon. Kramer also noted how, during portions of the address, House Speaker John Boehner, a Republican, looked uncomfortable sitting behind the president.
