Saint Mary’s Professor Presents Work on Racial Microaggressions

October 20, 2016 (Notre Dame, Ind.) — The departments of Gender and Women's Studies and English are proud to present Dionne Bremyer, assistant professor of English at Saint Mary’s, for a public reading on Tuesday, October 25 at 6:30 p.m. Bremyer will read from her recent essay, “Treading Water,” published in the summer edition of the Missouri Review and on LitHub.

Professor of history and Gender and Women’s Studies Jamie Wagman said Bremyer’s essay is a must-read and especially important in the contemporary racial climate.
