Since 2008, Stacie has served as the Director of Career Crossings. She is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP). She has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a concentration in Journalism and minor in Graphic Design, and a Master of Arts in Counseling and Human Services with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University South Bend.

Angie has been at Saint Mary’s College since 2019, and a part of academic career counseling since 2013. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Bethel College along with an Associates in Computer Science. A graduate of the St. Joseph County Leadership program, she brings 20+ years experience in HR/ staffing, sales and marketing and business partner relationship experience. Angie has a passion for helping others succeed both professionally and personally. “I empower students to make a difference in the world.”

Amanda Crocket

Amanda joined the Career Crossings Office in July 2023. She previously worked in mental health, first as a case manager and then as an orientation and training specialist. In both these roles she did what she enjoys the most, helping people set and achieve their goals by addressing individual needs and building community partnerships, and she brings this passion to her role at Saint Mary’s. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Women and Gender Studies and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Affairs with a concentration in Nonprofit Administration and Policy. When she is not working or studying, she can be found reading any book she can place her hands on or spending time with her daughter, who is the apple of her eye.

Karen Kyle Manier joins the Career Crossings Office with over 20 years of professional advising and counseling experience in higher education. She began her career at Saint Mary's years ago, leaving to be a stay-at-home mom, and is thrilled to return to her first professional home and an institution committed to women’s growth and flourishing. Her academic background is in religious studies and history (bachelor's) and higher education and student affairs (master's) and she is particularly drawn toward discernment and career exploration, helping students discover their gifts and express who they are in what they do.

Emily joined the Career Crossing Office in August 2022. She previously worked at Logan Center as a Registered Behavioral Technician and recently graduated from Bethel University with her bachelor's in psychology with a minor in criminal justice. She was born in South Bend, but was raised in the Philippines with her grandparents for her early childhood. She moved back to the South Bend/Mishawaka area when she was in preschool and has lived there ever since. She enjoys reading fantasy books and watching superhero movies. In her downtime Emily also loves cuddling with her puppy, Toast.

Anna is a current graduate student in the Speech Language Pathology Master’s Program at Saint Mary’s. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Psychology from Grand Valley State University in April of 2024. As an undergraduate student, she was involved in many volunteer opportunities and hopes to continue that during her time at SMC! She is excited to connect with students on their journey through Saint Marys and beyond!

Mariana is a Saint Mary's College student who has created an interdisciplinary self-designed major in film. She is not only an active member of Saint Mary's College but is also involved in the film, Television, and Theatre Department at the University of Notre Dame. She enjoys all things film related and hopes to become a film director. She is excited to see what her career can offer her and hopes to help other students find the same.

Mari is a sophomore studying Business Administration at Saint Mary’s along with Mandarin Chinese through dual enrollment at Notre Dame. She enjoys being involved on campus and working in the office so that she can connect with other students. She is an active member of the Notre Dame Model United Nations Team as well as the Saint Mary’s Chinese Culture Club.
