From One Catholic College to Another

Students on The Avenue

Dear St. Joe Students,

We are truly saddened to hear about St. Joe's and want you to know that we’re here to support you as you consider your next step on this journey through college. If you’re looking for another Catholic college, with a like-minded philosophy as St. Joe's, Saint Mary’s may be just the place.

As a sister Catholic college, we offer our support to any female students at St. Joe in the following ways:

  • Expedited admission to Saint Mary’s College
  • Academic Affairs will work individually with each student to maximize the number of credits that will transfer to SMC.
  • Extension of the March 1 deadline for financial aid – Complete the FAFSA, or add Saint Mary's to your current FAFSA (our code is 001836). We’ll award aid for all St. Joe students the same way we would our current SMC students. 100% of students will receive some amount of merit aid.
  • Immediate opportunities for leadership positions on campus and opportunities to be considered for Resident Advisor roles in the residence halls

If you are interested in campus ministry opportunities, we can help with that too! Click here for additional information.
