Darcy graduated with her master's degree at Saint Mary's College and is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. She began her career in the Chicago suburbs at a bilingual preschool and elementary school and then moved back to Indiana. She worked in the Elkhart School District and also at Elkhart General Hospital. She then opened her own private practice that gives her the flexibility and time to also be a clinical supervisor to the SMC graduate students.
