Two committees responsible for conducting national searches for the College’s next Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Vice President for Strategy and Finance have been named.
The Provost search committee is as follows:
- Cassie Majetic, co-chair, associate professor of biology, and chair of Faculty Assembly
- George Keegan, co-chair, special assistant to the president for strategic initiatives
- Madeleine Corcoran, student body president
- Judith Fean, vice president for Mission
- Karen Johnson, vice president for Student Affairs
- Kara O’Leary, executive director of Alumnae and College Relations
- Linda Paskiewicz, professor in nursing sciences and dean of Graduate Studies
- Leslie Wang, associate professor in sociology, and interim director of Diversity
and Inclusion
The consulting firm Academic Search has been engaged to assist the committee. The committee plans to facilitate on-campus interviews in early November.
The Vice President for Strategy and Finance search committee is as follows:
- Todd Norris, co-chair, chief information officer
- Nancy Nekvasil, co-chair, president
- Michael Fleming, director of Institutional Research and Assessment
- Mary Ann Merryman, professor in business administration and economics
- Kathy Ogden, student body vice president
- Shari Rodriguez, vice president for College Relations
- Bill Schmuhl, trustee emeritus
The consulting firm Koya Leadership Partners has been engaged to assist the committee. Candidates will be interviewed on campus in mid-November.
