Four Winds Casino Ribbon Town Conference and Event Center 

This one-day conference includes dynamic women leaders sharing positive, inspiring, and unifying messages through personal insights and experience. There are focused tracks for entrepreneurship, executive leaders, mid-level leaders, young professionals, and creatives. The Engaging Women Conference supports the SPARK Program of the Women's Entrepreneurship Initiative of Saint Mary's College, a business accelerator for under-resourced women.

Join us for a milestone celebration at the 11th Annual Engaging Women Conference on May 21, 2026, at the Four Winds Casino Ribbon Town Conference & Event Center, hosted by Saint Mary’s College. This year’s theme, "Stronger Together: Leading with Purpose, Passion, and Power," honors the impact of women leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers.
