A native of Fortaleza, Brazil, Cibele Webb PhD, MSN, RN is an Associate Professor at Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, IN. Dr. Webb received her PhD in Higher Education from Azusa Pacific University and possesses an interdisciplinary background in nursing science and higher education with competencies in leadership, social justice, and strengths-based student success. She is passionate about promoting undergraduate student research and activism, curriculum development, and incorporating an interdisciplinary feminist approach to teaching. Dr. Webb’s scholarship is focused on issues pertaining to diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, feminist leadership, healthcare quality and safety, and person-centered nursing care.
