In order to complete Financial Aid forms, you will need to create an account with Dynamic Forms. Both student and parent, if the student is a dependent, will need to have accounts. The instructions for creating the accounts are found below.

  1. Go to Dynamic Forms

    Click here to begin the process in another tab

  2. Click "Create Account"

  3. You create an account by creating your own user name & password, providing your email address and setting your security question and answer

  4. You will then receive an email asking you to activate your account

  5. Once you activate your account you will then be ready to use the online forms.
