September 22, 2011 (Notre Dame, Ind.)—The Center for Spirituality (CFS) at Saint Mary's College is proud to announce its fall lecture series. Established in 1984, the Center’s purpose is to help build a theologically well-grounded spirituality among members of the college community. This includes alumnae and friends of the college, both locally and nationally. CFS emphasizes the multi-faceted nature of spirituality, including the social dimensions of spirituality.

CFS invites scholars from here and abroad to engage the community and the public in discussion of critical issues related to spirituality.  It offers programs that address contemporary religious issues, creating a network for education in spirituality, especially for women. These lectures are sponsored by the Saint Mary's College Annual Endowed Lecture Series Fund.
