Business Seminar: Hiring and Motivating the Four Current Generations

The Women’s Entrepreneurship Initiative (WEI) at Saint Mary’s College will host a free business strategies seminar called “Hiring and Motivating the Four Current Generations” this Friday, November 9, from 8 to 9:30 a.m. in room 145, Spes Unica Hall. The speaker will be Glenn J. Hansel, vice president and facilitator with Executive Forums in Northern Indiana. Hansel has more than 40 years of business and marketing experience with companies such as Wilson Foods, Hardee’s Restaurants, Sara Lee, Edward Lowe Industries, and Whirlpool Corporation. He formed Hansel & Associates in 1998 to provide senior level business consulting to small, growing businesses and guidance in developing turn-around strategies for struggling businesses.

The seminar is co-sponsored by WEI, 1st Source Bank, Renaissance Executive Forums, and Specialized Staffing Solutions. This event is an example of one of WEI’s primary goals: To partner with community businesses, non-profits and organizations to provide financial and business education services to women entrepreneurs in the Michiana region.
