Theme: Love of God, Self, and Neighbor Pope Francis writes that “the spiritual stature of a person’s life is measured by love.” Join fellow alumnae virtually for an interactive and spiritually enlightening retreat June 6, 2021 on the theme of love of God, self, and neighbor . This experience will draw from Fratelli Tutti: On Fraternity and Social Friendship, a recent encyclical by Pope Francis. The call to be in relationship and to love others is imperative to Christian identity and fostering social friendship among strangers, neighbors, family, and friends helps promote a civilization of love. Participants will be asked to read Chapter 2 from Fratelli Tutti and are encouraged to read the entire document if time allows (link here). Questions for reflection will be provided closer to the date of the retreat.
